Drumbriston The Sofa Maker is a family run business and have been producing top quality upholstered Sofa’s and chairs since 1981. Named after the townland where the business was started, Drumbriston’s original premises in Carrickroe is still to this day where the sofas are manufactured from start to finish.

Over the years they have manufactured tens of thousands of sofas and are proud to have built up a strong customer base throughout Ireland. With a strong heritage of furniture manufacturing in the North Monaghan area, with factories such as Rossmore furniture, Drumbriston have always employed local, highly skilled craftsmen and women (some of whom have been with them nearly 40 years) for the production of their sofas.

We are proud to have two fully stocked showrooms, where we have experienced staff that can help your sofa journey be as stress free as possible.

We are still a family run business to this day and now incorporate a second generation, but the goals are still the same; to make comfortable, quality sofas that will last for years to come. We have customers that bought their first sofa over 30 years ago, and are now bringing their children back to assist them with the purchase of their first sofa. We hope to be welcoming back a third generation of customers, in another 20 years!
